What materials do you use?

Every piece is handmade from sterling silver 925. Our gold pieces are sterling silver finished with 14K gold plating, not solid gold. How long does it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship items are prepared within 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces (custom sizing, engraving) take up to 7 business days to craft. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times once your order ships.

How do I find my ring size or chain length?

How do I care for my jewelry?

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order pieces, such as special sizing or engraving, are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you offer certificates for gemstones?

We are preparing to include gemological documentation for any future pieces set with gemstones. Currently, our collection focuses on fine metalwork in silver and gold-plated silver.

Is every piece really handmade?

Yes. Every ring, necklace, bracelet, and earring is shaped, soldered, and polished by hand in our studio, not cast from a mold. Small variations between pieces are a natural result of handwork, not a flaw.

Do you offer jewelry cleaning after purchase?

Yes - we offer free jewelry cleaning for all Shira Studio pieces, anytime. Bring or send your piece back to us and we'll clean and polish it at no charge.
